Vacation Bible Camp
In 2026 we ran our first week-long Vacation Bible Camp and closed out SCUBA VBS with an immersive week built to help kids make friends with God.
- Song and worship. Music that gets everyone moving.
- Creative arts. Crafts and hands-on projects tied to each day's story.
- Underwater adventures. A wall-size screen and a room that stopped feeling like a church hall.
- Team challenges. Games built to make kids work together.
- Drama and character skits. Storytelling, performance, and a fair amount of silliness.
- Bible adventures. Scripture brought to life by clergy in costume.
Rainforest Falls
The adventure continues. Our next Vacation Bible Camp takes children and youth into a new world full of discovery, creativity, and noise. Registration opens in the spring.
Through the year
Christmas Pageant
The whole story, told by children, exactly as well as you would expect. It is the best hour of December.
Easter Egg Hunt
Open to the neighbourhood. Bring a basket and small children who can run.
Youth Fellowship
Regular gatherings for middle and high school students. Food is involved.
Family Service Projects
Hands-on work that families can do together, suited to small hands as well as large ones.
Youth Leadership
Young people read, serve, usher, and lead parts of worship through the year.
Family & Friends Sunday
Worship and a social gathering built for bringing someone along.
Ministry does not stop at the door
We work with food assistance partners, run service projects, and back community initiatives that meet real needs close to home.
Some of it is organised. Some of it is a phone call from a neighbour who needs help this week. Both count.
