What your giving pays for
No mystery. Here is roughly how the budget breaks down.

Music, materials, and everything that makes Sunday happen.
Ministry
Sunday School, youth programmes, Bible study, and camp.
Outreach
Food assistance and service projects in our community.
Building
Heat, repairs, and keeping the doors open to our partners.
Practical questions
Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. Valhalla United Methodist Church is a registered non-profit and we issue annual giving statements in January.
Can I give to something specific?
You can designate a gift to outreach, the building fund, or a particular project. Note it on your cheque or select it online.
Who do I ask about giving?
Our treasurer, Mary Boos, handles all giving questions. Contact the office and we will pass it on.
Give what you can, when you can
If money is tight, give your time instead. That is worth just as much and we always need it.
